Student Loans
For our High School Seniors, College Students, and their parents: We offer KEYSTONE BEST, a Stafford Loan for all PA residents or out of state residents attending any PA US Department of Education approved school. We offer a rate reduction of 2% interest rate savings after 48 consecutive on-time payments. KEYSTONE PLUS, the parent loan for a student who is a dependent, offers a 1% of the original loan amount rebated after 24 consecutive on-time payments and another 1% after 48 on-time payments. Lending Code is 821916.

ABC Program
We offer an educational incentive program for students K-12 who have their own accounts. The credit union will match each $1 deposit for every A up to 5 on each report card marking period. The money is deposited directly into the child's account.
